Create a support ticket


You can configure your account to receive a notification when a support ticket has been updated.

View a support ticket

To view the status of a support ticket: 

  1. In the Armor Management Portal (AMP), in the left-side navigation, click Support
  2. Click Tickets + Notifications
  3. Locate and select the desired ticket. 

Add a recipient to an existing support ticket

  1. In the Armor Management Portal (AMP), in the left-side navigation, click Support
  2. Click Tickets + Notifications
  3. Locate and select the desired ticket. 
  4. In Add Recipient, enter the name or username of the recipient, and then select the name.
