We do not assign public IPs
They can request a public IP, one free per corresponding virtual machine; however, additional public IP addresses for the same virtual machine would be charged. by default, the IP addresses are private, but they can request a public one.

Firewall area Under Security
left side tabs represents virtual environemtns that the customer has, one datacenter per virtual envrionemt, so each tab represents a datacenter.
customerss will create rules between either inboudnt or outboundt raffic to either allow or block certain traffic
Edge Security GAteway (ESG) each customer gets one, so we shoudl explain what that is and the purpose (In IP addreses, under VM it says GAteway (this edge gateway is atthced to apublic IP address, this is a tunnel private connection t the private ip addresses .
MFA is free; a customer must be near aphone in order to receive a call
SSL VPN will be enforced for all customers envrionemtns. this is included to every one customer for free, customer get one free, but addtional users will be charged. you must download an ssl vpn for each site (the left side tab that represents the virtual environments that a customer has in the firewall section) this would be popular for sys admins who need to remote into their environments
