To fully use this screen, you must have the following permissions added to your account:

  • Read Ticket(s)
  • Read Ticket Group(s)
  • Write Ticket Group(s)

Create a support ticket

No link could be created for 'Create a support ticket (snippet)'.


View a support ticket

  1. In the Armor Management Portal (AMP), in the left-side navigation, click Support
  2. Click Tickets + Notifications
  3. Locate and select the desired ticket. 

Add a recipient to an existing support ticket

  1. In the Armor Management Portal (AMP), in the left-side navigation, click Support
  2. Click Tickets + Notifications
  3. Locate and select the desired ticket. 
  4. In the right menu, under Add Recipient, enter the name or username of the recipient, and then select the name. 
    • To remove a recipient, click the corresponding X icon.

Delete (close) a ticket

  1. In the Armor Management Portal (AMP), in the left-side navigation, click Support.
  2. Click Tickets + Notifications
  3. Locate and select the desired ticket.
  4. Hover over the gear icon, and then click the Close Ticket icon. 

Chat with Armor

Call Armor
