This article is for Generation 3 (Gen 3) users.

Download and install the SSL VPN client

  1. Based on your data center, enter the following IP address into your web browser:

  2. The above links will take you to the login page for Enter your credentials. 
    • If you need to reset your password, please contact Armor support via phone. 
      • For the United States office, call +1 877 262 3473. 
      • For the United Kingdom office, call +44 800 500 3167.
  3. After you log in, you will see the AnyConnect Security Mobility Client screen. Follow the on-screen instructions to download and install the client. 
    • During the installation process, please accept any security pop-up messages or warnings.

Connect to the SSL VPN client

  1. In your local machine, open the Cisco AnyConnect Client
  2. Verify and select the correct hostname:

  3. Enter your VPN credentials, which are the same credentials for
  4. Click Connect
    • If you have enabled two-factor authentication for your account, then answer the phone call from Armor, and then follow the instructions. 

Manage SSL VPN accounts

In, you can use the SSL VPN screen to add or disable SSL VPN access.

To fully use this screen, you must have the Add or Remove Billable Items and the Add/Edit Users permissions assigned to your account. 

  1. In, click Security
  2. Click SSL VPN
  3. To enable SSL VPN access, select Add SSL/VPN
  4. Indicate if you want to enable two-factor authentication for the account. 
  5. In the bottom of the screen, select the checkbox to acknowledge the fees and to complete the order. 
    • To disable SSL VPN access, move the slider to red.
