Armor is responsible for the remediation of this service.
If data indicates that there is a potential security event, Armor will notify and engage with you through Armor's Incident Response & Forensic Service. Through this service, Armor provides 2 hours of support for prioritized and validated security incidents. If the incident is not resolved within the 2 hours, you can request an SOW to continue remediation efforts at an additional cost.
In any situation, you will be notified before any action is taken; you must authorize any Armor support activity.
Security event remediation is a shared responsibility between you and Armor.
