Create a support ticket

You can configure your account to receive a notification when a support ticket has been updated.

View a support ticket

To view the status of a support ticket: 

  1. In the Armor Management Portal (AMP), in the left-side navigation, click Support
  2. Click Tickets + Notifications
  3. Locate and select the desired ticket. 

Add a recipient to an existing support ticket

  1. In the Armor Management Portal (AMP), in the left-side navigation, click Support
  2. Click Tickets + Notifications
  3. Locate and select the desired ticket. 
  4. In Add Recipient, enter the name or username of the recipient, and then select the name. 
    • To remove a recipient, click the corresponding trash icon.

Chat with Armor

Call Armor

Troubleshoot Tickets + Notifications screen

If you do not see any tickets in the Tickets + Notifications screen, consider that:

  • A ticket was never created in this account.
  • You do not have permission to view a ticket.
    • You must have the Read Ticket(s) permission enabled to view tickets. Contact your account administrator to enable this permission. To learn how to update your permissions, see Roles and Permissions (Armor Complete)
