Create a support ticket
View a support ticket
To view the status of a support ticket:
- In the Armor Management Portal (AMP), in the left-side navigation, click Support
- Click Tickets + Notifications.
- Locate and select the desired ticket.
Add a recipient to an existing support ticket
- In the Armor Management Portal (AMP), in the left-side navigation, click Support
- Click Tickets + Notifications.
- Locate and select the desired ticket.
- In Add Recipient, enter the name or username of the recipient, and then select the name.
- To remove a recipient, click the corresponding trash icon.

Troubleshoot Tickets + Notifications screen
If you do not see any tickets in the Tickets + Notifications screen, consider that:
- A ticket was never created in this account.
- To learn how to create a ticket, see Support Tickets.
- You do not have permission to view a ticket.
- You must have the Read Ticket(s) permission enabled to view tickets. Contact your account administrator to enable this permission. To learn how to update your permissions, see Roles and Permissions.
