Overview
You can use the IP Addresses screen to view and assign private and public IP addresses for your virtual machines.

There is a cost associated with a public IP address that is not assigned (routed) to a private IP address. If you have a public IP address listed in your account that is not assigned to a private IP address, Armor recommends that you remove that public IP address from your account. Assign a new public IP address to an existing virtual machine / private IP address
- In the Armor the Armor Management Portal (AMP), in the left-side navigation, click Infrastructure.
- Click IP Addresses.
- If you If you have virtual machines in various data centers, then in the top menu, click the corresponding data center.
- Click New Click Public IP.
- If you do not see New Public IP, but instead, you see Max Unassigned IPs, then you have reached your limit of unassigned public IP addresses. You cannot have more than five unassigned public IP addresses.
In Location, select a data center location.
- In Quantity, select the desired amount.
- Click Add IP Addresses. The newly created public IP address will be located at the top of the table.
- .
- Click the plus ( + ) icon.
- Review the information under Environment and Quantity, and then click Add IP Addresses.
- Locate and hover over the newly created public IP address.
- Click the vertical ellipses.
- Click Assign to VM.
- In Virtual Machine, select the desired virtual machine.
- In IP Address, select an available private IP address.
- Click Create NAT.
- This action may take a few minutes to complete.

- Click Remove IP from VM.
- Select Remove IP Assignment.
- You must also unassign the IP address within the virtual machine to complete the removal.
