Log Management UPDATE


In the Armor Management Portal (AMP), in the Log Management screen, the Date column is now labeled as Last Log Received.  

This update also takes place when you export the log management data into a CSV file. 



Virtual Machines UPDATE


In the Armor Management Portal (AMP), in the Virtual Machines screen, the Security column has been removed.

This update also takes place when you export the log management data into a CSV file.



User Details UPDATE


In the Armor Management Portal (AMP), in the User Details screen, the header now contains a gear icon that you can click to enable or disable a user.

The ability to enable or disable a user was already displayed in the header; however, the gear icon was added to be consistent with other screens in AMP. 



Phone number validation UPDATE


In the Armor Management Portal (AMP), in the User Details screen, the phone number validation functionality has been updated. 

Previously, you had to enter your phone number without spaces and without special characters. Now, you can enter a phone number in a variety of ways, such as (555) 555-5555, 555 555 5555, 5555555555, etc. 



Invoices UPDATE


In the Armor Management Portal (AMP), invoices for Armor Marketplace add-on products will now contain the name of the add-on product. 

Previously, these invoices only contained the SKU code for the purchased add-on product. 

Additionally, these invoices will now categorize each add-on product into one of the following categories: 

  • Instance

  • Appliance

  • Security

  • Compliance

  • Disk

  • Network

  • Other



Support Tickets UPDATE


In the Armor Management Portal (AMP), migrated users can now view old Support Tickets from my.armor.com.

Previously, AMP did not contain any Support Tickets from my.armor.com. Now, if you are a migrated customer, you have the ability to access your Support Tickets from my.armor.com
